In this regard, TARIK GUETTAF, head of communications at TVT, explained that the agency’s participation in the 24th edition of the International Tourism and Travel Fair is part of its annual efforts to promote its services in the field of inbound tourism, a type of tourism that welcomes tourists from both inside and outside Algeria, organizing structured trips for them across the country’s various tourist areas.
He added that the agency organizes tours across various regions from north to south, including prominent destinations such as Djanet, Illizi, and Tigargart, where visitors can explore archaeological sites and rock carvings, in addition to camping trips in four-wheel drive vehicles.
The offers also include visits to the Kasbah, the capital, Jijel, Bejaia, and the Akfadou Forest, with the option of staying in a fully equipped home surrounded by nature.
TVT’s latest offering for this edition, Kattaf noted, is the launch of a new tourism product entitled « La Kabylia, » an integrated tourist itinerary that highlights the beauty and diversity of the Kabylie region. The program includes a tour starting in the capital, Algiers, passing by its most important historical landmarks, such as the Central Post Office and the National Museum of Modern Art. It is followed by a visit to the Beni Yenni region of Tizi Ouzou, where visitors will discover traditional jewelry workshops. The tour then continues to Tikjda to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains.
The tour also includes a visit to the Djurdjura National Park and Lake Akoulmim. The tour then continues to Bejaia to discover Lake Tichi Haf, the old city of Bejaia, Goraya Park, and the « Monkey Hat » peak, with free time for rest and relaxation.
At the end of the trip, visitors will travel along the Jijel Corniche to Aftis Beach, then visit the archaeological site of Djemila before arriving in the city of Setif.
Qattaf emphasized that this program reflects the agency’s vision of providing quality tourism experiences that combine nature, heritage, and history, within organized itineraries that ensure comfort and enjoyment for the tourist.
